Advancement in brain science tells us that negative thoughts like anxiety, anger, and stress come from a different part of the brain than when we feel creative, open, energized, focused and happy.

We now know we can train our brain, just like we train our bodies. We can train our brains to more easily access the “ease and flow” neuro pathways.

Like physical exercise, it takes instruction and regular practice.

Negative thoughts keep you from doing and feeling your best

This program will teach you to recognize and call out destructive, negative thoughts called saboteurs. The ever-present saboteur is called "The Judge". This is your inner critic, but also includes judging other people and judging the situation.

Mental fitness exercises are the key

Positive Intelligence® is not just positive thinking. You need to actually rewire your brain. You will learn mindfulness exercises that will strengthen the part of your brain that produces thoughts of creativity, openness, ease and flow.

Program details:

+ Seven weeks

+ One-hour weekly videos on the app to be viewed each Saturday or Sunday

+ One-hour weekly coaching sessions each Monday or Tuesday for seven weeks (virtual)

+ 15 minutes per day of self-scheduled practice on the app

+ The book “Positive Intelligence” by program founder and developer Shirzad Charmine

+ You may choose to do the program one-on-one or as part of a group
